How much to fix up this house myself? - how much to fix a small porch

Ok, so my father gave me one of the houses of his property as a gift. (no, I'm not a spoiled rich kid).

I think the majority of repairs or face-lift to get me.

Exterior:
Fence needs to be repaired in Section 1 (chain link)
The site is old, and it seems that every moment of collapse
new siding

Interior:
needs new kitchen cabinets
"Floating" floor Harwood (the kitchen is a bit small)
fist-sized hole in the wall of the living room
New carpet

and, more importantly, the basement completely finished in brick just always cold and wet.


My budget would be if 15-20 miles ... What do you think?
