What is the best paintball gun/mask/c02 package for around $150? - paintball packages

We saw an army alpha black package, and heard that the weapon is made by Tippmann, and the basis of 98 Custom / But if it is true, why the cost 98c more? and the weapon is better 98c or alpha?

If other packages $ 150 rifle, which is better, please tell me - Im just beginning to paintball.
