How do I attach a veil to a top hat? - bridal top hats
I wear a hat with a veil for Halloween. I bought the hat and veil material, but I can not understand how to connect again. I want to show moderate Edwardian, and I would be attracted to the veil to the hat in the middle of my face (not long and flowing like a bridal veil.) How do I sign? On the back, where I put a flower and a ribbon? Help!
